Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced sourcing professional to develop and manage both local and overseas suppliers, ensuring product quality, cost competitiveness, and timely delivery. You will lead cost improvement initiatives and optimize supplier networks to support cross-functional NPI and mass production projects.

The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, with Mandarin proficiency an advantage for Taiwan communications and international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing or supply chain management.
• Experience in manufacturing or electronic component industries is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of international trade, supplier management, and cost control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Oracle ERP systems.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage to facilitate communication with Taiwan headquarter, suppliers and customers.
• Able to travel internationally.
