Job summary

Sakata Inx (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent Purchasing Cum Shipping Executive in Shah Alam, Selangor to support procurement and logistics operations, including DO/PR processing, PO creation, supplier coordination, samples, and customs reporting. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in purchasing, shipping or logistics, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP Business One or SAP HANA.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, shipping or logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Knowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation.
• Experience with SAP Business One and SAP HANA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process DO & PR received from Warehouse and update in PO Master and SAP.
• Prepare and issue POs, check prices and handle C1/C3 SST letters.
• Coordinate PO approvals and email approved POs to suppliers.
• Receive and send product samples to R&D; maintain samples flow.
• Prepare and submit customs reports every 3 months.
