SGS in Shah Alam is seeking a proactive Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, supplier negotiations, and PO processing, supporting cost-effective operations. You will handle end-to-end procurement, evaluate suppliers, and drive reports and analysis for informed purchasing decisions.

Requirements include a Diploma or Degree in Business/Supply Chain/Procurement, 1–3 years of procurement experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, and excellent communication in English.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in relevant field.
• 1–3 years of procurement experience.
• Experience in sourcing, supplier management, and negotiation.
• Proficiency with ERP and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, quotation evaluation, negotiation, and purchase order issuance.
• Source and procure materials and services including chemicals, consumables, operational tools, mechanical items, and subcontractor/casual worker services.
• Evaluate suppliers through pricing, quality, service, and delivery performance comparisons.
• Conduct supplier benchmarking, comparison, and periodic performance reviews.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings and value for the business.
• Manage a high volume of purchase orders and ensure accurate procurement documentation.
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing requirements and timelines.
• Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Resolve supply-related issues, including delays, quality concerns, and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, and other ad hoc reporting as required.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
