Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma with 1-2 years related experience.
• Experience in Supply Chain is advantageous.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Hands-on experience with purchasing and inventory management modules in ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute inventory management tasks; track shipments and create good receipt documents.
• Ensure proper inventory levels and coordinate with internal and external parties.
• Oversee daily inventory management activities and related workflows.
• Create Purchase Orders and ensure compliance with policies.
• Verify orders and adjustments; manage PO aspects like pricing and delivery dates.
• Support physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Generate reports and provide updates to management; explore efficiency improvements.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.
