DIBAQ (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Procurement Executive to manage local supplier relationships and centralized purchasing for multiple subsidiaries.

You will coordinate pricing, ordering, and delivery schedules while ensuring accurate SKU master data and timely stock replenishment across the group.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain with local supplier management.
• Proficient in Excel and data-driven decision making.
• Independent, detail‑oriented, and able to coordinate across multiple subsidiaries.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese proficiency.

Key responsibilities

Liaise with local suppliers on pricing, ordering, delivery scheduling, and issue resolution

Consolidate local supplier ordering needs across the subsidiaries into centralized POs

Decide order quantities based on historical sales performances & inventory situation

Coordinate with subsidiary PICs to align local sourcing with the unified procurement SOP

Maintain local supplier and SKU master data (pricing, payment terms, lead time, MOQ)

Track orders and deliveries to ensure timely stock replenishment

Flag SKU/supplier performance issues and process gaps to the Procurement Manager

About you

Min 2-3 years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (local supplier management)

Strong Excel and data-driven decision-making preferred

Independent, detail-oriented, comfortable coordinating across multiple subsidiaries

Good communication of written and spoken English and 中文 and follow-up skills
