Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience (Executive) / 3–5 years and above (Senior Executive) in procurement.
• Experience handling multi-country or regional procurement is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication in English; knowledge of Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end purchasing and procurement matters for the Group across all countries' markets.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to achieve the best terms and conditions.
• Develop, expand, and maintain procurement channels to support regional business needs.
• Implement cost control, supplier management, and purchasing best practices across the Group.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, supply chain) on material, goods, and service requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and regulatory requirements across different countries.
• Supervise and provide guidance to junior team members (for Supervisor level).
• Establish departmental work plans, objectives, and management mechanisms for procurement targets.

Job summary
This position will coordinate global and regional procurement and material supply activities, drive the continuous optimization of procurement processes and management systems, strengthen supplier and material management, and coordinate resources across departments and regional teams to ensure the timely and effective implementation of key initiatives. The role will also promote the use of digital and AI tools to improve departmental efficiency and management effectiveness, providing stable and efficient procurement and supply chain support for the Company's future global business development.

Key Responsibilities (Executive) :

Handle end-to-end purchasing and procurement matters for the Group across all countries' markets.

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to achieve the best terms and conditions.

Develop, expand, and maintain procurement channels to support regional business needs.

Implement cost control, supplier management, and purchasing best practices across the Group.

Key Responsibilities (Senior Executive) :

Establish departmental work plans, objectives, and management mechanisms, and lead the team to achieve procurement and supply chain targets.

Coordinate global and regional procurement activities, drive supplier development, procurement execution, quotation and price comparison, cost control, material supply, and the continuous optimization of relevant procurement processes.

Drive the implementation of key procurement projects and cross-functional initiatives, proactively coordinate resources, resolve issues, and ensure effective execution according to plan.

Maintain effective communication and collaboration with Production, Operations, Finance, Logistics, Marketing, and other relevant departments to ensure that procurement and material supply activities are aligned with overall business requirements.

Continuously optimize the procurement and supply chain management system according to business development needs, improving supply stability, procurement efficiency, and cost management capabilities.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 1–3 years’ experience (Executive) / 3–5 years and above experience (Senior Executive) in procurement or purchasing.

Experience handling multi-country or regional procurement is an added advantage.

Strong negotiation & execution, vendor management, analytical skills and ability to proactively identify issues, coordinate resources, drive tasks to completion, and take ownership of results.

Excellent communication in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.

Independent, resourceful, tech savvy, and able to work under pressure
