New Hoong Fatt Holdings Berhad (NHF) seeks a Procurement Executive to oversee vendor performance and coordinate daily purchasing activities. The role emphasizes maintaining ISO-compliant records, ensuring cost-effective purchases, and managing stock levels for optimal profit and market share.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with mandarin communication to liaise with China/Taiwan suppliers. NHF operates in automotive parts solutions with extensive international reach and a structured procurement

• Undertake to improve and monitor vendors’ performance.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders for daily operations.
• Maintain systematic and comprehensive records of purchasing activities per ISO requirements.
• Process purchasing-related information for updating and distributing information.
• Ensure purchased items are the right part at the right cost and sellable to maximize profit and market share.
• Reduce on-hand stocks level of non-moving items.
• Handle stock replenishments & marketing promotion plans.
• Ensure purchasing activities comply with ISO requirements and departmental objectives.
• Submit periodic reports on time.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake to improve and monitor vendors’ performance.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders for daily operations.
• To maintain systematic and comprehensive records of the purchasing activities, as per ISO requirements.
• Processes purchasing-related information for the purpose of updating and distributing information.
• To ensure all items purchased are the right part at the right cost and sellable to maximize profit and market share.
• Reduce on-hand stocks level of non-moving items.
• Able to handle stock replenishments & marketing promotion plans.
• Ensure purchasing activities are complying to ISO requirements and within departmental objectives.
• Periodic report is updated accurately and submitted on time.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with China/Taiwan supplier.
