J&T Express (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Procurement Executive in Kuala Lumpur. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. The role covers sourcing, supplier evaluation, pricing, and timely purchasing to support our fast-growing logistics and courier operations.

You will coordinate with internal departments to understand requirements and timelines, maintain records and ensure policy compliance while identifying opportunities to reduce costs.

Procurement Executive (Fresh graduate are welcome)

Handle daily procurement activities , including sourcing, quotation requests, price comparison, and purchasing.

Communicate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements, specifications, budgets, and timelines.

Identify, source, and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and reliable service.

Monitor supplier performance, follow up on procurement progress, and resolve issues promptly.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information, quotations, contracts, and evaluation reports.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Perform other procurement-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Business Administration (preferred).

1-3 years of experience in logistics transportation, freight forwarding, supply chain, or procurement; outstanding fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Ability to manage multiple procurement tasks simultaneously, prioritize urgent requirements, and ensure timely follow-up and completion.

Fresh graduates with strong learning ability, a proactive attitude, and good execution skills are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to independently manage multiple tasks, with willingness to travel and conduct supplier site visits.

Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, teamwork, and resilience under pressure.
