J&T Express Malaysia is seeking high-potential graduates for a Management Trainee Programme (Cross-Department Exposure). The fast‑track rotations cover core operations, analytics, and business management, with hands‑on project ownership from day one.

Trainees will gain a 360‑degree view of our express logistics and business operations, preparing them to become future leaders through executive mentorship and real project impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above with a minimum CGPA of 3.50
• Open to all disciplines; preference for Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, Statistics or related fields
• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven problem solving

Responsabilités

• Cross‑Functional Rotations across HR, Finance, Marketing, Internal Audit, Operations Management, and Commercial Strategy
• Operational and ground understanding through hands‑on learning at hubs and networks
• Data‑driven analysis to track performance, identify bottlenecks and drive improvements
• Assist in developing, optimizing, and implementing SOPs to boost efficiency and service quality
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives from problem identification to solution delivery
• Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership

Management Trainee – Logistics, Operations & Marketing (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

J&T Express Malaysia is looking for high-potential, driven graduates to join our Management Trainee Programme (Cross-Department Exposure). Designed as a fast-track leadership pipeline, this programme offers structured multi-departmental rotations, hands‑on project ownership, and direct exposure to various facets of express logistics and business operations.

Trainees will gain a holistic 360‑degree view of our business—from ground operations and network planning to data analytics and cross‑functional business management—preparing them to become key decision‑makers and future leaders within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Cross‑Functional Rotations: Rotate through diverse functional departments—including HR, Finance, Marketing, Internal Audit, Operations Management, and Commercial Strategy—to gain end‑to‑end exposure to our business framework.
• Operational & Ground Understanding: Engage in hands‑on learning across operational hubs and distribution networks to understand core business workflows and ground‑level execution.
• Data‑Driven Analysis: Collect, analyse, and synthesize operational and business data to track performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Process Optimization: Support the development, optimisation, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to boost efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Special Project Execution: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on strategic initiatives, taking ownership from problem identification to proposing and executing practical solutions.
• Management Reporting & Presentations: Present rotational learning outcomes, project progress, and actionable insights to senior leadership on a regular basis.

About you

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above with a minimum CGPA of 3.50 (or equivalent academic excellence).
• Field of Study: Open to all disciplines; candidates from Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or related technical fields are strongly preferred.
• Experience: Fresh graduates or early‑career professionals with up to 2 years of working experience.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical acumen, logical thinking, and data‑driven problem‑solving capabilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or other data visualisation/analytics tools is an added advantage.
• Adaptability & Resilience: Adaptable, agile, and willing to work in operational/hub environments, undertake shift arrangements, and participate in cross‑location rotations as required.
• Communication & Languages: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills. Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with diverse internal and external stakeholders across departments.
• Leadership Potential: Demonstrates high learning agility, strong ownership, initiative, and a clear motivation for management growth.
