We seek a Supply Chain professional to oversee order fulfilment, procurement, forecasting, and KPI-driven improvements to optimise efficiency and delivery performance.

The role requires SAP proficiency, strong planning, and leadership capabilities to coordinate cross-functional teams across sourcing, production, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Order Fulfilment operations, including supply/demand forecasting, inventory control, and customer order execution.
• Oversee strategic sourcing, procurement, contracting, and evaluation of services across the organization.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize procurement efficiency.
• Establish quarterly forecasts and monitor monthly transactions to achieve sales targets.
• Enhance inter-department collaboration to meet customer delivery schedules.
• Provide analysis and solutions to address performance shortfalls.
• Conduct regular review meetings with internal teams on project, production, and procurement updates.
• Review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with obligations.
• Oversee regional and export order fulfilment.
• Ensure internal processes and documentation are completed within required timelines.
• Prepare and review reports and documentation accurately and on schedule.
• Establish and track KPIs to monitor and improve team performance.
• Develop and implement new systems, best practices, and process improvements to support business growth.
