Job summary

The Singapore-founded client of The Supreme HR Advisory Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Order Management Manager in Petaling Jaya to oversee end-to-end order fulfilment, coordinating with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance to ensure timely delivery.

You will monitor KPIs, manage risks, and drive process improvements while leading a fulfilment team and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
• Strong understanding of end-to-end order fulfilment and supply chain processes
• Experience with ERP, order management or inventory management systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; data analysis experience is an advantage
• Managerial or supervisory experience is preferred
• Experience in sanitaryware, construction, retail or project-based industries is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Monitor fulfilment KPIs including order accuracy, lead time, backlog and on-time delivery
• Identify potential delays, shortages and fulfilment risks, and take proactive corrective actions
• Handle escalated customer and internal order issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses and logistics partners to ensure product availability and delivery
• Ensure accurate documentation, system updates and order records
• Prepare and analyse operational reports and fulfilment performance data
• Lead, coach and manage the fulfilment team to achieve operational and service targets
• Drive process improvements, SOP implementation and operational efficiency initiatives

About the role

Our client is an established Singapore-founded company specialising in the design, manufacturing, sales and marketing of eco-friendly and smart restroom solutions. With a strong presence across Southeast Asia, the company offers a wide range of sanitary ware, faucets, bathroom accessories and smart restroom technologies.

They are looking for an experienced Order Management Manager to manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process, from order processing to delivery and closure. Monitor orders, stock availability, delivery schedules and fulfilment status to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance teams to resolve order issues.

Key responsibilities

Requirement

• Strong understanding of end-to-end order fulfilment and supply chain processes
• Experience with ERP, order management or inventory management systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
