Job summary

SEA Gamer Mall Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented clerical assistant to support purchasing activities and data management for our global digital goods platform. The role involves recording supplier PIN codes, processing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records in Excel.

You will assist with mobile card purchases, daily API and Direct Top-Up updates, inventory monitoring, and collaborating with the Purchaser, Superior, and HOD on data updates and ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in clerical, administrative, purchasing, or related role.
• Basic computer skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good typing speed with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail when handling data and purchase records.

Responsibilities

• Record all received PIN codes from suppliers and storefronts in the internal Excel database.
• Ensure data entries are accurate and complete before uploading to the server.
• Assist with mobile card purchases for customers.
• Update daily purchase records for the API system and Direct Top-Up.
• Submit purchase orders for approval by the relevant department or person in charge.
• Prepare and process accurate purchase orders, including item descriptions, quantities, pricing, and delivery details.
• Assist with email top-up requests to suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with reordering to maintain stock.
• Assist the Purchaser, Superior, and HOD with data updates and other ad-hoc tasks.
