SEA Gamer Mall Sdn Bhd is seeking a Procurement professional to manage card purchases across multiple countries and suppliers. The role involves processing POs, monitoring card-related issues, and ensuring spend stays within budget.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Business, Purchasing, or Supply Chain, with 1+ year of relevant experience. Strong Excel skills and excellent supplier communication are required.

Qualifications

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with purchasing, price comparison and cost management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage card purchases across assigned countries and suppliers based on HOD allocation.
• Monitor and manage card-related issues, liaising with fraud support when necessary.
• Compare prices from multiple suppliers and source best deals.
• Process purchase orders and update records on SEAGM platform after payment.
• Maintain supplier relationships and monitor stock levels to minimize overstock.
