Job summary

88SEED SDN BHD is seeking a detail-oriented data entry and stock clerk in Kepong, Malaysia. The role involves daily data entry, stock counting, and preparing consignment notes. You will pull marketplace orders, enter tracking numbers, and update stock across channels as directed.

Attending to returns, deliveries, and daily fulfillment reports is part of the job. The position requires SPM or Diploma, comfort with Excel/Google Sheets, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma in any field is required or preferred.
• New candidates welcome; experience in similar office or warehouse work is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and accurate with data; strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computer, Excel/Google Sheets, and able to learn our system.
• Able to read and understand basic instructions in English is an advantage.
• Disciplined and reliable with good attendance.
• Own transport required; workplace is in Ehsan Jaya, Kepong; public bus available; motorcycle/car recommended.

Responsibilities

• Daily data entry and stock counting.
• Prepare consignment notes, check addresses and print shipping labels for Supervisor review.
• Pull orders from marketplaces and enter tracking numbers promptly.
• Update stock quantities on sales channels as directed.
• Report low stock and out-of-stock items to Supervisor daily.
• Record received goods and stock movements in and out.
• Record tracking numbers for sent orders, returns, and failed deliveries.
• Compile daily shipping and fulfilment figures for executive.
• Ensure order status is accurate in the system.
• File and scan shipping notes, invoices and consignment notes.
