SALIRAN INDUSTRIAL SUPPLIES SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team in Malaysia.

The role focuses on purchasing, inventory management, and cost control, with responsibilities spanning supplier sourcing, price negotiation, stock forecasting, and cost reporting. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience in procurement or related fields, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Handle daily purchasing activities including sourcing, quotation evaluation, price negotiation and purchasing from local and overseas suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock forecasting and arrange timely replenishment to ensure stock availability.
• Coordinate and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods according to schedule.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product costing in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare monthly inventory reports and journal entries, ensuring records are accurate and submitted on time.
• Record monthly customer payment details and prepare supporting documents for Sales Team's commission claims.
• Assist Costing Team with financial and inventory-related matters, including stock reconciliation and costing worksheets.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in purchasing, inventory management and cost control, with good negotiation and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily purchasing activities, including sourcing, quotation evaluation, price negotiation and purchasing from local and overseas suppliers.

Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock forecasting and arrange timely replenishment to ensure sufficient stock availability.

Coordinate and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods according to schedule.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date product costing in accordance with company policies.

Prepare monthly inventory reports and journal entries, ensuring all records are accurate and submitted on time.

Record monthly customer payment details and prepare supporting documents for the Sales Team's commission claims.

Assist the Costing Team with financial and inventory-related matters, including stock reconciliation, material price variance analysis, costing worksheets and cost revaluation.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

At least 1–2 years of working experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory management or a related field.

Basic knowledge of purchasing procedures and inventory management.

Good understanding of cost accounting concepts.

Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills.

Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Language proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin/Cantonese is preferred.
