Job summary

Flex is seeking a Process Engineering Manager located in Batu Kawan, Penang. You will lead a team of process engineers, drive capability improvements, and support manufacturing operations to meet product specifications and cost targets.

Responsibilities include establishing SPC systems, developing process documentation, managing development projects, collaborating with design teams, and increasing throughput in constrained areas while recruiting and retaining a skilled workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 8 years in process engineering with prior managerial experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of process engineers and technicians to establish and maintain SPC systems.
• Establish and improve process capabilities and documentation.
• Manage development projects to meet customer specifications, delivery, and cost targets.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to design manufacturable products.
• Increase throughput in constrained areas and manage cost-reduction efforts.
• Coordinate HR strategies to recruit and retain a skilled workforce.
