Job summary

Flex is seeking a Production Manager for Batu Kawan, Penang to lead multiple production lines in a high-tech environment. You will supervise a team of supervisors and engineers, optimize performance, and ensure quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.

You will drive process improvements, coordinate with maintenance and project teams, and coach operators while upholding safety and compliance across manufacturing areas. A strong manufacturing background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in production, manufacturing engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of operations experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading multi-line production teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production of multiple lines (SMT, Wave, assembly, burn-in, test, packing).
• Lead a team of supervisors and engineers to meet quality, cost, delivery targets.
• Review daily plant performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with maintenance and project teams; provide technical guidance.
• Prioritize schedules to meet customer requirements and manage budgets.
