Job summary

Flex is looking for a Process Engineer Manager in Johor to lead a team of engineers and technicians, establish SPC systems, and drive process improvements that meet product specs, delivery, and cost targets.

You’ll develop and maintain process documentation, collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to create scalable, manufacturable products, improve throughput in constrained areas, and implement cost-reducing materials and processes while guiding HR strategies to recruit and retain top

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience, including supervision.
Functional, technical and people and/or process management skills.
Experience with multiple technologies/processes and interdependencies.
Experience leading major initiatives.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of engineers and technicians to establish and maintain SPC.
Establish and improve process capabilities.
Develop and maintain process documentation.
Manage development projects to meet specifications, delivery, and cost.
Work with engineering teams to design manufacturable products.
Improve throughput in constrained areas.
Develop, test, and implement new materials and processes for performance or cost reduction.
Coordinate initiatives to increase throughput, reduce costs, improve performance.
Implement HR strategies to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
