Job summary

Arvion Services is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer to support IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity solutions in the Klang Valley. You will qualify opportunities, deliver technical demonstrations, and lead POC activities to showcase product capabilities.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in pre-sales or technical consulting, strong networking knowledge, MFA/security awareness, and excellent communication. Willingness to travel and own transport are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• Strong understanding of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, and TCP/IP.
• Knowledge of MFA, network security, and encryption technologies.
• Experience delivering technical presentations, demos, and POCs.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient English in written and spoken forms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Own transport and willingness to travel within Klang Valley.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team by assessing customers' technical requirements.
• Deliver engaging technical presentations, demos, and solution proposals.
• Plan and execute POC activities to demonstrate product capabilities.
• Conduct technology updates and provide technical recommendations.
• Prepare BOM, technical specs, and documentation for RFQs/RFPs/tenders.
• Act as the primary technical resource for product inquiries.
• Collaborate with partners, sales, and product teams to design customer-aligned solutions.
• Address technical concerns and support the sales process with solution recommendations.
