ARVION SERVICES SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer to join its IT solutions team in Malaysia. The role focuses on IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity with strong communication and presentation skills.

You will assist sales, deliver technical demos, run POCs, and craft proposals and BOMs while collaborating with partners and product teams to meet customer requirements and drive business success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of IT pre-sales, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or similar roles.
• Solid understanding of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP and TCP/IP.
• Experience with MFA, network security, and encryption technologies.
• Proven track record delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, and POCs.

Responsabilités

• Assist the sales team in qualifying opportunities by assessing customers' technical requirements.
• Deliver engaging technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals.
• Plan and execute Proof of Concept (POC) activities to demonstrate product capabilities.
• Conduct technology updates and provide technical recommendations to customers.
• Prepare BOM, technical specifications, and documentation for RFQs, RFPs, and tender submissions.
• Act as the primary technical resource for customer inquiries relating to product features, specifications, functionality, and integration.
• Collaborate with technology partners, internal sales teams, and product teams to design solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Address technical concerns and support the sales process through effective solution recommendations.

Job Overview

What Will You Do:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT pre-sales, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, and TCP/IP.
• Knowledge of multifactor authentication (MFA), network security, and encryption technologies.
• Experience conducting technical presentations, product demonstrations, and POCs.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel within Klang Valley.
