Arvion Services is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer with a strong IT infrastructure, networking and cybersecurity background. You will support sales with technical demonstrations, POCs, and tailored solution proposals across the Klang Valley.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in pre-sales or related roles, solid knowledge of DNS/NFS/SMTP/HTTP/TCP/IP, MFA, and encryption. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT or related field.
• 3+ years in IT pre-sales, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or similar roles.

Aufgaben

• Qualify customer opportunities by assessing technical requirements.
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and solution proposals.
• Plan and execute POC activities to demonstrate product capabilities.
• Provide technical recommendations and updates to customers.
• Prepare BOMs, technical specs, and documentation for RFQs/RFPs/tenders.
• Be the primary technical resource for inquiries on product features and integrations.
• Collaborate with partners, sales and product teams to design customer-aligned solutions.
• Support the sales process with effective solution recommendations.
