Arvion Services is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer to support IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity solutions in the Klang Valley. You will qualify opportunities, deliver technical demonstrations, and lead POC activities to showcase product capabilities.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in pre-sales or technical consulting, strong networking knowledge, MFA/security awareness, and excellent communication. Willingness to travel and own transport are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• Strong understanding of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, and TCP/IP.
• Knowledge of MFA, network security, and encryption technologies.
• Experience delivering technical presentations, demos, and POCs.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient English in written and spoken forms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Own transport and willingness to travel within Klang Valley.

Responsabilidades

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to join a growing organization in the IT solutions industry.

What Will You Do:

• Assist the sales team in qualifying opportunities by assessing customers' technical requirements.
• Deliver engaging technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals.
• Plan and execute Proof of Concept (POC) activities to demonstrate product capabilities.
• Conduct technology updates and provide technical recommendations to customers.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), technical specifications, and documentation for RFQs, RFPs, and tender submissions.
• Act as the primary technical resource for customer inquiries relating to product features, specifications, functionality, and integration.
• Collaborate with technology partners, internal sales teams, and product teams to design solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Address technical concerns and support the sales process through effective solution recommendations.

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT pre-sales, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, and TCP/IP.
• Knowledge of multifactor authentication (MFA), network security, and encryption technologies.
• Experience conducting technical presentations, product demonstrations, and POCs.
