Job summary

Arvion is seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Engineer in Petaling Jaya with a strong IT infrastructure and cybersecurity background. You will qualify customer needs, deliver compelling demonstrations, and drive POC-driven proposals to win business.

The role requires 3+ years in IT pre-sales, MFA/network security knowledge, excellent English, and willingness to travel within Klang Valley. A degree in CS/IT is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in CS or IT.
• Minimum 3 years in IT pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• Strong understanding of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP and TCP/IP.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team by qualifying opportunities through technical requirements.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and solution proposals.
• Plan and execute POC activities to demonstrate product capabilities.
• Provide technical recommendations and updates to customers.
• Prepare BOM, specs, and documentation for RFQs/RFPs/tenders.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for product inquiries.
• Collaborate with partners, sales, and product teams to design customer solutions.
• Address technical concerns and support the sales process with recommended solutions.
