Job summary

EPOS Pte. Ltd. in Malaysia is seeking a highly driven sales professional to expand our POS solutions footprint. You will actively prospect, acquire new clients, and promote rewards programs and related business tools.

You will conduct calls, product demos, and events with decision-makers, while managing the sales pipeline from lead to close and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Experience selling POS solutions and using POS software.
• Experience or existing connections in the F&B and/or SME sectors, including engaging restaurant owners or SME business owners.
• Outgoing and proactively seek opportunities to drive sales.
• Excellent communicator with strong influencing abilities.
• Driven, motivated and committed to success.
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• Eligible to work in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by actively prospecting and acquiring new clients.
• Promote and expand EPOS solutions, including POS systems, rewards programs, and other business solutions.
• Conduct calls, product demos, events, and outreach activities with key decision-makers.
• Manage and take ownership of the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and customer experience.
