Job summary

EPOS is seeking a highly driven sales professional in Malaysia to drive new business growth and close deals for POS solutions and related services. You will prospect, conduct demos, and manage the pipeline, engaging key decision-makers and SMEs.

The role emphasizes discovering opportunities, building relationships with restaurant owners or SME business owners, and delivering a superior customer onboarding experience while working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Experience selling POS solutions
• Existing connections in F&B or SME sectors
• Outgoing and proactive in generating opportunities
• Strong communication and motivation to succeed
• Eligible to work in Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by actively prospecting and acquiring new clients
• Promote and expand EPOS solutions, including POS systems, rewards programs, and other business solutions
• Conduct calls, product demos, events, and outreach activities with key decision-makers
• Manage and take ownership of the sales pipeline from lead to closing
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience
