Job summary

AIA Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Policy Administration Associate to process new business, renewals, and change requests from group policy holders in line with defined benchmarks and requirements.

You will manage member enrolment, termination and changes with quality checks, respond to emails with the processing team, and ensure timely delivery while participating in reviews to improve controls and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance policy administration or similar processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet turnaround times.
• Proficient written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Process member enrolment for all customized policies, including changes.
• Perform quality checks, processing of terminations and updates.
• Handle email correspondence with HK processing team and clients within SLA.
• Lead projects or modules and review procedures to improve controls and efficiency.
