PennEngineering in Malaysia (Negeri Sembilan) is seeking a Master Production Schedule Planner to ensure the MPS aligns with forecasted demand and capacity.

You will coordinate with production, purchasing, and CS to guarantee on-time delivery, review material and tooling needs, and drive improvements in planning processes while adhering to ISO/IATF quality systems.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Excel (advanced functions), MS Office, and planning modules of ERP systems (such as JDE).
• Familiar with FIFO, JIT and lean manufacturing principles.
• Familiar with company QMS, ISO & IATF quality system.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the Master Production Schedule is fulfilling customer requirement and delivery.
• Prepare and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS), ensuring alignment with sales forecasts, customer demand, and available capacity.
• Review and analyze raw material requirements based on forecast and actual orders; provide timely raw material planning to Purchasing.
• Review and analyze tooling requirements based on forecast and actual orders; provide information to tooling planner to ensure sufficient tooling.
• Develops production plan and release work orders to support the sales plan.
• Work closely with production & CS to ensure production meet on time deliver.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in planning procedures; propose solutions to improve planning accuracy and responsiveness.
• To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

Ensure the Master Production Schedule is fulfilling customer requirement and delivery.

Prepare and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS), ensuring alignment with sales forecasts, customer demand, and available capacity.

Review and analyze raw material requirements based on forecast and actual orders; provide timely raw material planning to Purchasing.

Review and analyze tooling requirements based on forecast and actual orders; provide information to tooling planner to ensure sufficient tooling.

Develops production plan and release work orders to support the sales plan.

Basic understanding on IATF16949/ ISO 9001/ISO 14001 requirements.

Identify gaps and inefficiencies in planning procedures; propose solutions to improve planning accuracy and responsiveness.

To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economic, Business Administration or related field.

At least 3 year(s) working experienced will be an advantage.

Proficient in MS Excel (including advanced functions), MS Office, and planning modules of ERP systems (such as JDE).
