Job summary

ENG TEKNOLOGI SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks a planning professional to align production and capacity plans with customer orders and forecasts.

The role involves managing PR/PO for direct materials, IRA and forecast items, and creating weekly/monthly production schedules to meet demand. You will coordinate overtime with Production and related departments, ensure 100% on-time delivery to PMO, monitor inventories (IRA, VMI), and collaborate with PMO, Costing, Engineering, and Quality to meet

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in production planning, material planning, or supply chain.
• Knowledge of production scheduling, inventory control, PR/PO process, and customer delivery commitment.
• Good coordination skills with cross-functional departments.
• Able to work under pressure and follow up closely to meet OTD targets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production and capacity planning based on customer orders and forecasts.
• Create PR and PO for direct materials and packaging materials, including IRA and forecast items under contract.
• Prepare weekly and monthly production schedules based on outlook and demand.
• Coordinate overtime planning with Production and related departments.
• Provide customer order commitment to PMO and ensure 100% OTD based on committed dates.
• Provide shipment commit dates to PMO within the required timeline.
• Monitor inventory status daily, especially IRA and VMI requirements.
• Monitor Job Order release to production and follow up on JO closure status.
• Coordinate with PMO, Production, Costing, Engineering, and Quality to meet schedule requirements.
• Prepare subcon schedules and monitor inventory and delivery performance to meet customer commit dates.
• Carry out assignments from HOB and ensure timely submission.
