Job summary

BIG Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented administrative/operations assistant in Klang to monitor and process pharmacy orders. You will coordinate with pharmacy outlets, follow up on pending orders, and support data processing and reporting tasks.

Fresh graduates and students are welcome to apply. Diploma holders or current degree students must commit to a 3-month engagement and be willing to work at Bukit Raja Klang, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field or currently pursuing a university degree.
• Fresh graduates and students are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Must commit for a 3-month engagement.
• Must be willing to work at Bukit Raja Klang and on weekends/Public Holidays.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process pharmacy and medication orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate and communicate with pharmacy outlets to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Follow up on pending orders, medication issues, and delivery status.
• Support basic data processing, reporting, and analysis tasks.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of orders and operational activities.
• Assist with administrative and operational support tasks as assigned.
• Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in daily operations.
• Escalate operational issues promptly when necessary.
