Job summary

ResMed Malaysia is seeking a People Experience Associate to support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding and data management. You will handle payroll inputs and case management while supporting LMS administration.

The role emphasizes process improvement and automation using low-code tools like Power Automate, collaborating with Workday, automation teams and cross-functional partners to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations, People Shared Services, or a similar role.
• Experience using Workday or another HR system.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Interest in process improvement, digital tools and automation.
• Experience with, or willingness to learn, Power Automate or similar low-code tools.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, transfers and documentation.
• Resolve inquiries through the case management system and escalate complex matters when required.
• Maintain accurate employee data, payroll inputs and transactions in Workday.
• Support reporting, data audits, document control and compliance requirements.
• Administer Learning Management System activities, including assignments and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate manual People Operations processes.
• Build and maintain simple workflows, notifications and approvals using Power Automate or other low-code tools.
• Support Workday/workflow improvements with automation teams.
