Job summary

Affintive Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage payroll and the employee lifecycle. You will process monthly payroll using our HRMS, maintain employee data, handle statutory submissions, and prepare tax reports, while coordinating with Finance for month-end closes.

The role also covers onboarding, offboarding, document control, and HR administration. You will support KPIs, performance reviews, recruitment scheduling, engagement activities, and IR documentation, ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience handling monthly payroll and statutory submissions.
• Strong data accuracy in maintaining employee records.
• Familiarity with payroll reports, pay slips, and EA forms.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing using the HRMS system.
• Maintain and update payroll data and employee records in the HRMS.
• Handle payroll-related matters such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, CP22, CP22A, and other reports.
• Prepare pay slips, EA forms, and annual income tax reports.
• Coordinate with Finance for month-end payroll reconciliation and internal reporting.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including CP22/CP22A submissions.
• Maintain and organize HR documents including contracts and staff files.
• Assist in executing KPIs and performance review processes.
• Provide administrative support in employee movements and contract renewals.
• Ensure up-to-date data management and confidentiality.
• Assist in recruitment and scheduling interviews for departments.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Support basic Industrial Relations tasks and disciplinary documentation.
• Facilitate basic training and development logistics.
• Handle other ad hoc HR tasks and projects as assigned by Head of HR.
