Job summary

You will handle attendance, leave, employee records and performance processes while safeguarding confidentiality and integrity in all HR activities. The position emphasizes independent ownership of the HR function and multi-priority management.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
• End-to-end recruitment experience.
• Payroll coordination and statutory contributions handling.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full spectrum of HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Oversee onboarding, induction, probation and confirmation.
• Maintain and confidentially manage employee records and files.
• Manage attendance, punctuality, leave and employee administration.
• Prepare monthly payroll, verify statutory contributions and payroll changes.
• Administer benefits, insurance, allowances and claims.
• Drive performance management, KPIs, reviews and PIP.
• Handle counselling, grievances, complaints and disciplinary administration.
• Coordinate foreign worker permits renewal with agencies and immigration-related bodies.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment legislation and company policies.
