Job summary

Jobstreet Malaysia is seeking an energetic HR Executive to gain hands-on HR experience from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and daily operations. You’ll be involved in multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with different teams, and grow your HR knowledge.

If you’re organized, people-oriented and eager to learn, you’ll support document management, attendance, leave, and HR projects while ensuring records are accurate and compliant.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 1-2 years HR working experience.
• Familiar with HR administration and payroll processes.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate with different teams.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Support recruitment activities from interview coordination to onboarding.
• Prepare and maintain employee records, HR documents, and personnel files.
• Assist with monthly payroll, attendance, leave, claims, and other HR-related matters.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Support employee engagement, welfare, and company activities.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Ensure HR records and documentation are accurate, updated, and properly maintained.
• Provide support on various HR projects and initiatives.
• Handle other HR-related tasks assigned by your superior.
