Job summary

iFAST Global Hub.ai is seeking an Operations Executive for Pension Contribution & Termination on a 1-year contract (renewal possible). The role focuses on data input, process management, and client communications to ensure smooth pension contributions and terminations.

The candidate must hold a finance-related degree, be detail-oriented, and capable of working in Malaysia with a 5.5-day work week. Office-based with potential shifts in Hong Kong-related schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance or related field or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document verification.
• Willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus.
• Willingness to work on Malaysia public holidays per HK schedule.

Responsibilities

• Data input and accuracy across transaction applications.
• Follow transaction cycle processes: Registration, Enrollment, Data Modification to Payment.
• Verify documents for completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with clients to clarify missing information and provide guidance.
• Investigate rejected applications and resolve issues with relevant teams.
• Participate in UAT to validate system functionality and stability.
• Handle inquiries on application status, accounts, and transactions.
• Index and categorize documents; ensure correct account information.
