Job summary

ePension is seeking an Operations Executive (Pension Contribution & Termination) for HK Support based in Malaysia. You will contribute to the transition to a streamlined digital platform, handling data entry, document verification, and end-to-end processing of pension transactions.

The role covers registration, enrollment, contributions, payments, and terminations, ensuring compliance with SOPs and SLAs. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; starting salary around RM 4,500 per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document verification.
• Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus.
• Willingness to work on Malaysia public holidays and shift arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Input transactions accurately and maintain data integrity in the system.
• Verify documents and ensure compliance with regulations and SOPs.
• Manage registrations, enrollments, contributions, payments, and terminations.
• Communicate with clients to clarify missing information and provide guidance.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies and issues within SLAs.
