Job summary

iFAST Corporation, a global digital banking and wealth platform, seeks an Operations Executive (Pension Contribution & Termination) for HK support in Malaysia. You will manage data input, document verification, and process flows from enrollment to payments, ensuring compliance and timely resolutions.

Fresh graduates welcome; 5.5-day week and 100% in-office work. Strong English skills required; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document verification.
• Willingness to adapt and learn in dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive team player with ability to work collaboratively.
• Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus.
• Willingness to work on Malaysia public holidays, following HK holiday schedule.
• 5.5-day work week: Mon–Fri full day and Sat half day.
• 100% in-office work and able to work on shift arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input transaction applications and ensure data accuracy.
• Follow transaction cycle processes including Registration, Enrollment, Data Modification, Contribution, Payment, Termination, Transfer, Investment, Claim, and Enquiries.
• Verify documents for completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Make outbound calls or correspond to clarify missing information.
• Investigate rejected applications and resolve issues with relevant teams.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.
• Handle inquiries on transaction issues, statuses, and balances.
• Index and categorize documents to ensure correct association with applications.
• Process payments and ensure proper matching with contributions on time.
