Qualifications

• Equivalent qualification in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, relationship management, banking or related field.
• Proven track record in acquiring new customers and achieving targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to identify and convert opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow customer base and revenue.
• Acquire new-to-bank customers through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline with timely follow-up and conversion.
• Understand customer needs and provide cash management solutions for growth.
• Build long-term relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
