Adecco Outsourcing Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Global Account Manager for Penang to own strategic accounts across APAC. You will engage senior decision-makers at global MNC customers, drive revenue growth, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions.

The role emphasizes building long-term relationships within the semiconductor, technology, and electronics sectors, with deep APAC exposure and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in sales or business development.
• Proven track record managing global MNC/enterprise customers in semiconductor or tech industries.
• Strong APAC experience and local Penang market knowledge.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders including C-level executives.
• Willingness to travel within APAC and based in Penang.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow sales, profitability and market share across assigned global accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective global semiconductor customers.
• Build relationships with procurement, operations, engineering, project teams and senior management.
• Lead customer business reviews and account planning sessions with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Product, Procurement, Marketing, Services and regional APAC teams to deliver account strategies.
• Travel within APAC for customer meetings and industry events.
