Job summary

JAC Recruitment International Malaysia is seeking a dynamic B2B semiconductor sales professional to manage and grow key accounts across Penang and Kuala Lumpur. You will develop and implement sales strategies, forecast revenue, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in semiconductor or electronics component sales, with multinational experience preferred. Travel between Penang and Kuala Lumpur is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years in semiconductor/electronics B2B sales.
• Experience with multinational corporations preferred.
• Willingness to travel between Penang and Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow B2B semiconductor sales within assigned territories (Penang and Kuala Lumpur).
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, profit, and market share objectives.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with electronics manufacturers, OEMs, EMS providers, and industrial customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with multinational customers and other key accounts.
• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, commercial negotiations, and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with suppliers, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to provide customer-focused solutions and technical support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, quotations, and regular account reviews.
• Coordinate product promotion activities, customer visits, design-in opportunities, and business reviews.
