Qualifications

• Minimum 5 year of experience in the position.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with payroll software or systems is often preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and email is often required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process payroll for indirect labour.
• Verify timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain records of indirect labour’s leaves (annual and sick).
• Liaise with outsourced staff regarding attendance.
• Calculate wages and deductions from timesheets and attendance.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Prepare payroll expense reports for management.
• Resolve payroll-related inquiries from indirect labour.
• Maintain payroll operations per policies and legal regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and finance for accurate indirect labour data.
• Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations.
• Familiar with Infotech HRMS systems is advantageous.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
