Tiong Nam Logistics in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Payroll Officer to manage monthly payroll processing and related compliance tasks. The role requires handling allowances, overtime, bonuses, and deductions while ensuring adherence to statutory requirements.
The candidate should have 1–3 years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines. Fresh graduates may be considered for an Officer level.

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including allowances, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, and other relevant authorities
Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports, statutory reports, and management reports
Maintain accurate payroll records, employee data, and payroll documentation
Handle payroll enquiries from employees and resolve discrepancies promptly
Coordinate with Finance on payroll postings, reconciliations, and payments
Manage payroll matters for new hires, resignations, transfers, and salary adjustments
Support annual payroll activities such as EA forms, tax reporting, and audits
Ensure payroll processes comply with company policies and employment legislation
Participate in payroll system improvements and process enhancements
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
Minimum 1–3 years of payroll processing experience (fresh graduates may be considered for Officer level)
Good knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and statutory contributions
Experience using payroll systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
