This role involves managing payroll operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and administering employee records and HR functions.
Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines
Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, claims, commissions, and deductions
Ensure payroll records are maintained and updated accurately
Prepare payroll reports for management review
Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues
Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll information
Ensure timely submission and payment of EPF (KWSP), SOCSO (PERKESO), EIS (SIP), and PCB (Income Tax)
Prepare payroll-related reports and documentation for audits
Ensure compliance with Employment Act and relevant labour regulations
Maintain employee personal files and HR databases
Update employee information, salary adjustments, promotions, and resignations
Prepare employment-related letters such as confirmation, transfer, promotion, and resignation acceptance letters
Manage leave, attendance, and employee benefits records
