Jora Malaysia is seeking an HR & Payroll Executive to manage payroll operations and support daily HR administration. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain records and handle statutory requirements.
You will also monitor attendance, process leaves, administer benefits, and support general HR activities, with fluency in Chinese/Mandarin preferred. Diploma or degree required and 2–3 years’ experience in HR/payroll.

We are looking for a HR & Payroll Executive to manage the company's payroll operations and support daily HR administration. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining employee records, handling statutory requirements, monitoring attendance and leave, administering employee benefits and supporting general HR activities.
Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process using Info-Tech Payroll System, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries, wages, allowances and other compensation.
Verify payroll calculations, attendance records, overtime, leave, deductions and employee movement information.
Ensure accurate calculation and timely submission of statutory contributions, including EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS and HRD Corp.
Perform payroll reconciliation and resolve payroll discrepancies before submission.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personal, payroll and statutory records.
Process employee movements, including new joiners, resignations, transfers, promotions and salary adjustments.
Monitor employee attendance, absenteeism, overtime and leave records.
Ensure HR and payroll processes comply with applicable employment laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
Handle employees' enquiries relating to payroll, attendance, leave, benefits and other HR matters.
Administer employee benefits, including medical and health insurance and other company benefits.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR and payroll.
Able to speak and communicate in Chinese/Mandarin.
Experience using Info-Tech Payroll System will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRD Corp.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Experience with attendance and timekeeping systems is an advantage.
Good understanding of HR administration and payroll processes.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
