Job summary

Aik Huat Hardware Trading in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end monthly payroll with accuracy and on time delivery.

You will ensure compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements, maintain HRIS and employee records, support HRIS projects, handle payroll inquiries, and prepare payroll reports for management and audits.

This role requires initiative, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HRM/Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements.
• Experience using AutoCount Payroll / HRMS preferred.
• HRIS administration experience is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Independently with minimal supervision.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in other HR operational duties when required.

• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements.
• Experience using AutoCount Payroll / HRMS is highly preferred.
• Experience in HRIS administration is an added advantage.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight payroll deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
