Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of statutory requirements and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee movement data in HRIS (e.g., new joiners, leavers, salary adjustments).
• Manage full-cycle payroll and claims processing, including inputs, payroll runs, bank file uploads, and reports reconciliation.
• Calculate quarterly incentives/commissions and bonus payouts.
• Ensure timely tax filings and submissions.
• Prepare HR documentation such as employment certificates and salary adjustment letters.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including access provisioning.
