Job summary

OrgScale Recruitment Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated payroll-and-HR professional to execute and oversee local and international payroll operations in Kuala Lumpur. The role validates attendance, leave, overtime, and allowances before payroll closing, while supporting audits and producing management-ready reports.

You will be the go-to contact for payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries, coordinating with HR to ensure accurate payroll data and compliant processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee comprehensive local and international payroll operations.
• Validate attendance, leave balances, overtime, and allowance data prior to monthly payroll closing.
• Facilitate payroll audits, data validation, and reconciliation processes.
• Generate highly accurate payroll reports and analytical summaries for management review.
• Serve as primary contact for resolving payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries with empathy and urgency.
• Collaborate with the internal HR team to ensure cross-functional alignment on payroll-related information.
• Draft, process, and manage critical employee relations documentation, including warning letters and termination notices.
• Facilitate transparent employee relations communications and follow-ups to ensure a healthy workplace environment.
• Maintain highly accurate and confidential employee relations and disciplinary records.
• Administer and monitor company asset issuance to ensure accurate employee inventory tracking.
• Drive HR operational excellence by maintaining comprehensive reporting and process documentation.
• Assist in executing strategic employee communications and general HR coordination matters.
