Job summary

GP BATTERIES (M) SDN BHD is seeking an HR Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accurate calculations, statutory compliance and timely delivery. The role requires strong Excel skills, knowledge of Malaysian payroll regulations and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Candidate should have 2-3 years of payroll experience and hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields. Join a manufacturing environment supporting HR duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business management or a related field.
• 2-3 years of payroll management experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Malaysia labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage end-to-end payroll calculations including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, statutory contributions, and final salary.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliation, and management reports.
• Handle payroll enquiries professionally while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Support HR administrative functions and other assigned duties when required.
