Kah Motor Malaysia is seeking a Payroll Executive to efficiently administer monthly payroll and related payments, ensuring statutory compliance with EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and others. You will manage and update employee records and support appraisal cycles, salary surveys, and compensation policies.

The role requires 1–3 years of payroll experience, a degree in HRM/psychology, and strong English with Bahasa Malaysia skills. Mandarin is a plus.

Competenze

• Degree in HRM, Psychology, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of payroll experience.
• Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).

Mansioni

• The efficient administration of monthly payroll and all related monthly payments
• Ensuring that statutory payments (i.e., EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.) of all employees and the company to the respective government authorities are done in an efficient and timely manner
• Managing, administering & updating all employee records for all employees
• Undertaking all duties relating to the payments of bonuses, increments, promotions etc. in a timely and effective manner
• Assisting in Performance Appraisal Exercise of all employees annually & as and when required by management
• Assisting the manager in periodic salary surveys and reviews to ensure salaries are competitive
• Assisting the manager in creating & implementing Compensation & Benefits related policies
• Undertaking all salary surveys to ensure that the company’s pay scale and Pay Setting Guides are up to date and competitive to attract new hires
• Assisting the manager to undertake the KPI (Key Performance Indicators) exercise for the company
• Assisting the manager to undertake the Collective Agreement Mandate in relation to salary increments & salary adjustments
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
