Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in payroll, statutory compliance, and training.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and labour laws.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for General Worker and Non-Executive.
• Collect, verify, and reconcile attendance, leave, and overtime data.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
• Prepare and submit statutory filings and reports to authorities on time.
• Handle data entry for new joiners, staff promotions, salary adjustments, resignations in HR systems.
• Perform yearly employee information update program.
• Coordinate with Finance for cash withdrawal and secure handling of funds.
• Coordinate cash salary distributions for cash-paid employees.
• Handle the HR counter to receive and record salary-related grievances or inquiries.
• Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
• Any other tasks assigned by superior.
