Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a responsible HR Executive to support branch HR operations, focusing on driver payroll, attendance, and HR documentation. You will liaise with Operations, Safety, Workshop, Admin, and Branch Management to keep processes smooth.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in HRM or related field, 1–2 years HR experience, knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB), and proficiency in Excel and HR/payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HRM or related field.
• 1–2 years HR experience.
• Knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and Employment Act 1955.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and check driver payroll data and supporting documents.
• Monitor and verify staff attendance, leave records, and overtime submission.
• Assist Branch Manager with branch-level HR matters and employee relations.
